Inside Sales Associate

Location: Durham, NC

Position Summary: AtStaff, Inc., is seeking two Account Representatives in our Durham office. These individuals will sell our Physician Scheduler product to physician practices and hospital departments across the U.S. and Canada. This is an entry level position in inside sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop prospects from our flow of inquiries and leads
• Qualify leads in our in-house prospect database
• Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential customers
• Exceed sales quotas
• Contact existing and previous customers to sell maintenance renewals
• Develop and maintain territory plan
• Build and maintain sales pipeline

Requirements:

• Successful track record exceeding quota
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of motivation to achieve success by helping customers
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in software and/or healthcare is a plus
