Get prompt answers for any questions you have from our AtStaff, Inc., Help Desk experts. Our Physician Scheduler software customers can reach our Support Center staff two ways:

  • By calling 919-382-8282 and choosing option 2, during regular business hours.*
  • By emailing Support Center questions to support@atstaff.com.

*8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Note: The AtStaff, Inc., Support Center does not have access to customer passwords. Users who have lost their passwords should contact the Physician Scheduler administrator in their company.
